When you pass you should notice betty jetty is up on a different building.But you cant get her yet.If you continue to walk right,(not too far, or the villain will throw rocks at you)you will pick up a hot dog.Yum!Now you jump onto the giant Poptropican head and make a big leap to where sir rebral is standing.A rock will come after you, but it will hit him instead.This makes him mad, so jump off to the right.Your goal now is to push the big boulder onto the jumping dirt and make it fly at him.If you suceed he will fall off and you can now handcuff him.
